We had so many positive comments about the pink casket and especially the signing of it. People thought that it was unique and a great idea. As hard as it was to say goodbye and as difficult as it was, you made it more bearable, especially your beautiful reassurances to Dad and Mum. “Hi Lesley, I wanted to thank you so much for the effort you put into mum’s service, not only with very short notice, but with such obvious understanding and a uniqueness that made the tributes beautiful. I very much appreciate you including and acknowledging my Auntie Mary, she was so happy, as was I, with the final tributes that were put together to celebrate mum’s life and bid her farewell.

On a more personal note, I loved that you immediately understood my way….my humour in the face of a stressful situation and what I was trying to achieve, without question!
